All of our physicians have completed excellent training programs that include additional years of study specifically in the evaluation and treatment of the various illnesses of the gastrointestinal tract.

All of our physicians are board certified in gastroenterology. Each physician is required to participate in continuing medical education in this field.

The physicians are members of American Gastroenterological Association, American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, American College of Gastroenterology, American Medical Association, North Carolina Medical Society, Henderson County Medical Society, Transylvania County Medical Society, American College of Physicians, National Foundation for Ileitis and Colitis, and the American Liver Foundation.

Our staff consists of carefully selected and specifically trained individuals in reception, triage, phone, scheduling, medical records, insurance and medical office administration.
