To Hendersonville: From I-26 take exit 49 to US64 towards Hendersonville. Follow US64 West to Fleming Street. Make a right on Fleming Street. Travel past Pardee Hospital to 1032 Fleming Street. Office is on the right side of the street across from the old Ingles store.

Or: If traveling from Brevard, take 64 East to Hendersonville. Make a left onto Fleming Street where you see the sign for Pardee Hospital. Go past Pardee through the stop sign and up the hill to 1032 Fleming Street. Office is across from old Ingles store.
